RAIN RAIN

“It never rains in Southern California”. I did not know the affects of this until I moved here for college. Coming from South Florida, I’m used to frequent rain showers and hurricane days. But I’ve never woken up to rain in LA. The rain that says “maybe don’t get out of bed today, cancel your plans, take a break, stay inside, read a book”. It’s always a beautiful bright day that can’t be wasted. Get up. Work. Hustle. Grind. Get to the top.

I think a couple of rainy days would be good for LA, for the people here; to force everyone to stop, take a deep breath, and do some reflection. Rain helps wash away old energy, allowing us to reset… like a Baptism for the whole city.
